Information notices
Last updated: 24 April 2026
Under GDPR art. 13, each time we collect personal data from you we inform you of it in context — at the specific form or action. This page collects all of those notices in one place for full transparency. Full information about data processing is in the Privacy Policy.
A. Account registration
Shown at the registration form
The controller of your personal data is Szymon Wąsik Systemy Informatyczne, ul. Stalowa 34/34, 05-800 Pruszków, Poland, NIP 7792188559, REGON 528805350, phone +48 572 514 230.
The data you provide (email, hashed password) is processed to create and operate your account — on the basis of GDPR art. 6(1)(b) (necessary for performance of the contract).
We transfer the data to our sub-processors: Supabase (database hosting, EU), Resend (transactional email delivery, USA — SCC). The data is stored until your account is deleted.
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, port your data, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Contact for all GDPR matters: rodo@misjarodzina.ai.
B. Creating a child profile
Shown at the first child profile and in settings
⚠️ Your child's data is particularly important to us.
We collect only the minimum: an alias (a nickname or first name, no surname), the month and year of birth, and optionally notes on neurodiversity (e.g. ADHD, high sensitivity). We do not collect surnames, ID numbers, addresses, photographs, or school numbers.
Before conversations are sent to AI models (Anthropic, OpenAI), your child's alias is automatically replaced with an anonymised placeholder retaining full grammatical inflection. AI providers therefore never see your child's name.
Legal basis: your explicit consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a); for health-related notes — art. 9(2)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the child profile.
C. Conversation with the AI Assistant
Shown before the first message to the Assistant
How we protect your data in conversations with the AI Assistant:
- 🔒 Before every message is sent to the AI models, your child's name is replaced with the placeholder
[CHILD:<grammatical-form>]. After the response is received, the placeholder is mapped back to the name in the correct form. - 🔒 The AI providers do not retain the request content long-term and do not use it to train their models (no-training clause in the data processing agreement).
- 🔒 Your conversation history is visible only to you (Row Level Security at the database level).
⚠️ Please do not enter children's surnames, addresses, school numbers, or photographs into the chat. The anonymiser helps, but it cannot mask identifying data that doesn't look like a typical first name.
Legal basis: GDPR art. 6(1)(b) (contract performance).
D. Generating PDF materials
Shown before the “Generate PDF” click
The generated PDF file contains your child's alias and content from your conversation with the AI Assistant. The file is stored in Cloudflare R2 (EU jurisdiction).
Access to the file is restricted to holders of a signed link (valid for 1 hour from generation). You can delete the file at any time in the “My materials” section.
Legal basis: GDPR art. 6(1)(b) (contract performance).
E. Contact with the Controller
Applies to correspondence to rodo@misjarodzina.ai and kontakt@misjarodzina.ai

The data (email address, message content, optionally first name) is processed to respond to your enquiry — on the basis of GDPR art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligation under GDPR — exercise of data-subject rights) or art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest — handling correspondence).
Correspondence is retained for 3 years from the last message in the thread. The recipient of the data is Google Ireland Ltd. (Gmail — mailboxes in the EEA, Workspace Data Region: Europe; SCC+DPF Google LLC).
