Terms of Service of the Mission: Family service
Last updated: 19 July 2026
§ 1. General provisions
- These Terms set out the rules for using the Mission: Family website available at misjarodzina.ai (the “Service”).
- The operator of the Service is Szymon Wąsik Systemy Informatyczne, ul. Stalowa 34/34, 05-800 Pruszków, Poland, NIP 7792188559, REGON 528805350 (the “Operator”).
- Contact with the Operator: kontakt@misjarodzina.ai, phone +48 572 514 230. Personal data matters: rodo@misjarodzina.ai.
- Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- The Terms are provided free of charge, in Polish (with translations available), in a form allowing them to be downloaded, recorded and printed.
§ 2. Definitions
User – an adult natural person who has registered an account in the Service.
Account – an individual record in the Service's database enabling use of the services.
Child profile – a set of information about the User's child (alias, month and year of birth, parenting challenge) stored in the Service.
AI Assistant – a Service feature based on large language models (LLM) providing responses grounded in a curated knowledge base.
Material – a PDF document generated by the Service based on a conversation with the AI Assistant (e.g. morning routine, chore chart).
Free Plan / Plus Plan – access tiers to the Service – the free tier and the paid tier (Plus, described in § 5).
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data.
§ 3. Registration and account
-
Using the full functionality of the Service requires account registration. Registration is free.
-
Registration is possible via:
- email and password,
- Google account (OAuth 2.0).
-
The Service may be used only by persons who:
- have reached 18 years of age and have full legal capacity,
- are the parent or legal guardian of at least one child.
The User confirms these conditions by ticking a separate, non-pre-ticked checkbox during registration.
-
The User undertakes to provide true data, protect their password from unauthorised access, and promptly notify the Operator of any suspicion of unauthorised account access.
-
One account may belong to only one person. Sharing the account with third parties is not permitted.
-
The Operator may suspend or delete an account violating the Terms, after prior notice to the User (where possible).
§ 4. Service scope and AI Assistant limitations
The purpose of the Service is to support parents in the upbringing process — building the parent-child relationship, jointly agreed family rules and the family's rhythm; the generated Materials are tools of that process.
- The Service offers AI-based parenting support, including:
- conversations with the AI Assistant on parenting topics,
- generation of PDF materials (routines, chore charts, manifestos),
- conversation history and a materials archive.
- The AI Assistant is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. Assistant responses are informational and educational. In case of doubt about the health or well-being of a child, a specialist should be consulted.
- The AI Assistant responds solely on the basis of a curated knowledge base (RAG). The Operator does not guarantee that the Assistant's responses or the generated PDF materials are complete, current, or free of errors. Language models can produce responses and materials that sound credible but are incorrect — a phenomenon known as “AI hallucinations”.
- The User uses the AI Assistant's advice and the generated PDF materials on their own responsibility, and should critically evaluate and verify the responses and the materials' content before relying on them.
- The Service is not designed to handle crisis situations. In case of a threat to a child's health or life, contact your local emergency services or appropriate specialists immediately:
- 112 – the single European emergency number (works across the EU),
- 116 111 – the European child helpline (free; reaches a national child-support service in countries where it operates),
- 116 000 – the European hotline for missing children,
- your country's local child-protection and domestic-violence services, or a paediatrician / child psychologist.
- The AI Assistant has safety mechanisms preventing generation of harmful content. If indicators of violence or neglect toward a child are detected, the Assistant immediately stops providing parenting advice and displays the helpline numbers listed above.
§ 5. Subscription and payments
- The Service is available in two plans:
- Free Plan – free of charge, with a limited number of conversations and materials per month,
- Plus Plan – paid, with full access to all Service features.
- Current prices of paid plans are available on the Pricing page. Prices are gross prices including VAT (23%). Reduced welcome-promo prices may apply; the first price at which the subscription was taken out is locked in for 12 months from activation regardless of later pricing changes.
- Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (registered in Ireland), 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2, D02 H210, Ireland, company number 513174 — the payment gateway. The Operator does not store card data – it is processed exclusively by Stripe under its own terms (available at stripe.com/legal). After the first successful payment, the Operator receives from Stripe a reference allowing automatic charges for subsequent periods (a payment-method identifier attached to the Stripe customer); this reference does not allow reconstruction of the card number and is deleted after subscription cancellation. The Operator reserves the right to change or add other payment providers, giving 14 days' advance notice.
- Delivery term. Activation of the Plus subscription occurs immediately upon the Operator receiving payment confirmation from Stripe, no later than within 24 hours. Access to paid features is granted for the duration of the billing period (month or year). Other Service features (account, AI Assistant chat at the freemium level, generation of basic PDF Materials) are available immediately upon account registration.
- The subscription renews automatically on the day the billing period ends. The User may cancel the subscription at any time in account settings. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period – access to the Plus Plan is retained until the end of the paid period.
- Right of withdrawal. Under art. 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the User has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract, without giving reasons. To exercise this right, use the “Refund” function in account settings (Subscription tab) or contact us via kontakt@misjarodzina.ai. The refund is issued promptly, no later than within 14 days from receipt of the declaration, to the same payment instrument from which payment was made. The right of withdrawal may be exercised even after service provision has started.
- 7-day trial for 2 zł (or €1 for payments in euro). A one-off promotion for new Users. After 7 days the subscription automatically renews at the full monthly or annual price from the payment method provided at trial activation. Cancelling the subscription before trial end does not entitle the User to a refund of the 2 zł / €1 fee.
- Failed recurring payment. If automatic billing for the next period fails, attempts are retried for 7 days (on days 1, 4, and 8 from the first failed attempt). After that period, the subscription is automatically ended and the account moves to the Free Plan. The account remains fully functional during the retry period; before each attempt, the User receives an email.
- VAT invoice. We issue fiscal receipts by default. To receive a VAT invoice, please contact us via kontakt@misjarodzina.ai within 3 months of purchase, providing company details (name, address, NIP).
- The Operator reserves the right to change prices. Users will be notified of any change by email at least 30 days in advance. Price changes do not apply to the 12-month lock-in period from subscription activation (point 2 above).
- Fair use policy. To prevent abuse and ensure the stability and availability of the Service, the Provider applies a daily limit on the number of messages sent to the AI Assistant, amounting to 50 messages per day on the Free Plan and 200 messages per day on the Plus Plan. Once the limit is reached, the ability to send further messages to the AI Assistant is suspended until the start of the next day. The limit is a safeguard against abuse and does not restrict the other features of the Service.
§ 6. User's rights and obligations
- The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with its purpose, applicable law and the principles of social conduct.
- The following are in particular prohibited:
- attempts to bypass Service safeguards or AI Assistant safety mechanisms,
- intentionally inducing the AI Assistant to generate harmful, offensive or illegal content,
- entering personal data of third parties into the Service without their consent,
- using automated scripts, bots, or other tools for mass query generation,
- reselling access to the account or generated materials without the Operator's consent.
- PDF materials generated by the Service may be used only for the User's private and family use. Commercial distribution is not permitted.
§ 7. Intellectual property
- All rights to the Service, its visual design, source code and content other than AI Assistant responses belong to the Operator or its licensors.
- Responses generated by the AI Assistant are provided to the User under a non-exclusive licence for personal use.
- By entering content into the Service (messages, challenge descriptions), the User grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the services.
§ 8. Operator's liability
- The Operator will exercise due diligence so that the Service operates continuously and securely; however, 100% availability is not guaranteed.
- The Operator is not liable for:
- parenting decisions made on the basis of AI Assistant advice,
- inaccuracies or incompleteness of responses and PDF materials generated by language models,
- interruptions to the Service resulting from third-party infrastructure failures (Vercel, Render, Supabase, Anthropic, OpenAI, Cloudflare),
- damages resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the User's negligence.
- The Operator's liability towards the User is limited to the value of fees paid by the User over the last 12 months, unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
- Liability limitations do not apply to damages caused intentionally or to consumer claims subject to mandatory provisions of law.
§ 9. Contract termination and account deletion
- The User may delete their account at any time from settings or by sending a request to rodo@misjarodzina.ai.
- After account deletion, the User's personal data is removed immediately (soft-delete) and permanently erased from the database after 30 days (hard-delete after the recovery grace period). Retention details are described in the Privacy Policy. Exceptions: data whose retention is required by law (e.g. accounting records — 5 years from the end of the tax year).
- The Operator may terminate the contract with a 14-day notice period in case of gross breach of the Terms by the User. For a User who is a consumer, termination may occur only for important reasons.
§ 10. Changes to the Terms
- The Operator reserves the right to amend the Terms. Users will be notified of changes by email at least 14 days in advance.
- Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. A User who does not accept the changes may delete their account before the effective date.
§ 11. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the Service (in particular subscription payments, access to Plus features, quality of generated Materials) may be submitted by the User:
- electronically to kontakt@misjarodzina.ai,
- by phone at +48 572 514 230, or
- by post to the Operator's registered address: Szymon Wąsik Systemy Informatyczne, ul. Stalowa 34/34, 05-800 Pruszków, Poland.
- A complaint should contain:
- first and last name (or company name) and email address of the User,
- a description of the problem and the date it occurred,
- the expected resolution.
- The Operator considers the complaint within 14 days from its receipt. Lack of response from the Operator within that period constitutes acceptance of the complaint.
- The Operator sends the response to the email address indicated by the User.
- A User who is a consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including the EU ODR platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, and seek help from the Voivodeship Inspector of Trade Inspection or the relevant Consumer Ombudsman.
§ 12. Final provisions
- The Terms are subject to Polish law. In matters not regulated herein, the Polish Civil Code, the Act on the provision of services by electronic means, and the GDPR apply.
- Disputes with Users who are not consumers are settled by the courts having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office.
- The Terms enter into force on 19 July 2026.
