We take care of your data and your child's data. Below you'll find the full set of documents worth reviewing — especially before you start using the Assistant.

In short

  • We collect only the data necessary to operate the service — no children's surnames.
  • Before any message is sent to the AI, your child's name is automatically anonymised.
  • We do not sell data and do not use it to train AI models.
  • You can export or delete your data at any time.
