Everything parents ask us most often — from how the assistant works, through your child's data privacy, to pricing. Didn't find your answer? Get in touch.
Mission: Family is an assistant for parents that helps you tackle everyday parenting challenges — from morning chaos to screen-time arguments. Instead of generalities it offers concrete techniques grounded in the literature, and at the end of a conversation it generates a print-ready A4 plan (a morning routine, a screen-time contract, a family manifesto) to pin on your fridge.
The assistant draws on a library of original write-ups based on trusted parenting books, created and verified by people with parenting experience. It matches the right material to your situation (a technique called RAG) and bases its answer on it — it does not make advice up.
A regular chatbot generates answers from the whole internet — forums, social media and its own inventions included. Our assistant answers only from a verified knowledge base and cites its sources. If it can't find something in its material, it plainly says so instead of hallucinating.
A print-ready A4 material — a plan, contract or manifesto designed like a game artefact, with space for your child's name. You print it, hang it at home and use it, instead of scrolling through chat history in the middle of a meltdown. It also works without internet — it's just a sheet of paper.
No. Mission: Family supports everyday parenting challenges; it is not a diagnosis or therapy. For matters of health, safety or serious difficulties, always consult a professional.
On trusted parenting books and materials prepared by people with parenting experience. The knowledge base is built by people, not generated by AI — so the advice is consistent and vetted, with no random content from the internet.
We are a family raising seven children — including neurodivergent kids. Mission: Family is our way of turning years of trial, error, books and conversations with specialists into a tool that genuinely helps. More in the About section.
It honestly says „I didn't find this in my knowledge base” instead of inventing one. That's deliberate: we'd rather admit a gap than give advice that can't be grounded in a reliable source.
The assistant has a built-in safety guardrail: if it detects signs of violence, harm or neglect, it immediately stops giving advice and directs you to professional help. It never gives medical or legal advice.
No. Before any message leaves our server, your child's name is replaced with a technical placeholder. The AI model never sees data that identifies your child.
No. We don't train models on your data, we don't sell it and we don't share it with advertisers. It's your conversation — not our training set.
Only the necessary minimum: an alias (e.g. a first name with no surname), the month and year of birth, and the challenge you're working on. No surnames — in line with data-minimisation (GDPR).
Yes. You can delete your account and associated data at any time in account settings. You also have the right to access and correct your data — details in the Privacy Policy and the GDPR section.
No. We serve PDF files only through signed, expiring links — no outsider can open your material just by knowing the address.
Yes. Anonymising your child's data, minimising what we collect, isolating data between accounts and the right to erasure are foundations of the product. Full details are in the Privacy Policy, the information clauses and the GDPR section.
Create an account (Google or email), add a child profile — a name, month of birth and one thing that's worrying you right now (no 40-question survey) — and start a conversation. You'll have your first plan in a few minutes.
Yes. Mission: Family is designed phone-first — because that's where you most often reach for help at two in the morning. It runs in the browser, with no app to install.
The interface and answers are in Polish (the primary language), and the service is also available in English and Spanish.
On the free plan you keep one child profile. More profiles are unlocked by Premium — details in Pricing.
Yes — a printed A4 plan is just a sheet of paper. It hangs on the fridge and works even when the WiFi drops or your phone dies.

The free plan gives you 50 messages a month, 1 child profile and 3 printable materials. It never expires and works the same regardless of region.
